American Express에서 아래와같은 이메일이 왔는데 무슨 뜻인지 어떻게 하라는 것인지 몰라서 문의드려요.

We're writing to call your attention to how our reporting of late payments to credit bureaus works.Your account will be reported as past due to the credit reporting agencies if we do not receive the total amount due on your statement for two or more consecutive billing periods.
Please note that if you have disputed this account on your credit report since your last statement date and, as a result, the account is deleted from your credit report, we will no longer report the account to the consumer reporting agencies.

저희가 (아메리칸 익스프레스사) 고객님께 편지를 보낸 까닭은 신용카드 납부 기일을 어길 경우 저희가 신용관리회사에게 이 사실을 알리는 절차를 고객님께 설명드리고자함 입니다. 고객님께서 2 Billing Period (1 Billing Period 는 보통 1개월) 안에 입출금 내역서에 명시된 납부액을 맞추지 못할시에
저희는 신용관리회사에게 고객님의 계좌를 ‘납부액을 제 시간에 맞추지 못했음’ 이라고 보고합니다.
알아두실 사항은 만약에 고객님께서 지난 내역서 발급날 이후로 그 계좌 자체나 ( 내가 모르는 계좌인 경우) 계좌 내용 (내가 쓴 돈이 아닌데 내역서에 썼다고 나오는 경우) 에 대해 이의를 제기해서 계좌가 크레딧 리포트 (신용관리회사가 개인에게 신용점수를 알려주는 보고서) 에서 삭제가 되었다면. 저희는 고객님의 계좌를 신용관리회사에게 보고하지 않겠습니다.
