[simple]  첫번째 말은

1,지불한 수표가 잔액 부족이나 다른 이유로 발행 은행으로 부터 지급 처리 되지않고 돼돌아 온다면

영수증이 무효가 된다는 뜻 입니다.

2. detach and return the bottom portion of this bill when mailing your payment.
"납부시 요금 청구서의 아래 부분을 떼어서 함께 보내시오."

3. present both portions of your bill when paying in person.
"직접 납부시 요금 청구서의 위 아래 부분 둘 다 제시하시오."
