We are all familiar with ¿ì¸® {´ÙÀ½ Áý´Ü ´ë¸í»çµé¿¡} Àͼ÷ÇÏÁö.
a Herd of cows ¼Ò ¶¼ ¹«¸®,
a Flock of chickens ÏØÍ® ±º°è,
a School of fish ¹°°í±â ¶¼,
and a Gaggle of geese °ÅÀ§¶¼..
However, less widely known is: Ç㳪, Àß ¾Ë·Á ÁöÁö ¾ÊÀº °ÍÀ¸·Î
a Pride of lions »çÀÚ¶¼. ,
a Murder of crows ±î¸¶±Í ¶¼
(as well as their cousins the rooks and ravens ±×µéÀÇ »çÃÌÀÎ ¶¼±î¸¶±Í ¿Í °¥°¡¸¶±Íµµ °°ÀÌ),
an Exaltation of doves and, presumably because they look so wise: ¾ÆÁÖ ¶È¶ÈÇÏ°Ô º¸Àδٰí Çؼ{»ó½ÂÇÏ´Â}ºñµé±â ¹« ¸®:
a Parliament of owls ¼ÒÂÊ»õÀÇ ÀÇȸ.
Now consider a group of Baboons ÀÌÁ¦ ¿ø¼þÀÌµé ¸ðÀÓÀ» ¹¹¶óÄ«³ª °í·ÁÇغ¼ °¡.
They are the loudest, most dangerous, most obnoxious, most viciously aggressive and least intelligent of all primates ±×µéÀº °¡Àå ½Ã²ô·´°í, À§ÇèÇÏ°í, Ãß¾ÇÇÏ°í, »ç¾ÇÇÏ°Ôµµ °ø°ÝÀûÀÌ°í Æ÷À¯·ùÁß¿¡¼ Á¦ÀÏ µÐÇÑ °ÍµéÀÌ´Ù.
And what is the proper collective noun for a group of baboons??? ±×·±µ¥ ÀÌ·± ¿ø¼þÀÌ ¶¼¸¦ ÀÏ ÄÆ´Â ÀûÀýÇÑ Áý´Ü ´ë¸í»ç°¡ ¹¹¶ó°í¿ä?
