You don't have to be religious to appreciate this one !!!
A man suffered a serious heart attack while shopping in a store. The store clerks called 911 when they saw him collapse to the floor. The paramedics rushed the man to the nearest hospital where he had emergency open heart bypass surgery.
He awakened from the surgery to find himself in the care of nuns at the Catholic Hospital he was taken to.
A nun was seated next to his bed holding a clip board loaded with several forms, and a pen.
She asked him how he was going to pay for his treatment.
"Do you have health insurance?" she asked.
He replied in a raspy voice, "No health insurance."
The nun asked, "Do you have money in the bank?"
He replied, "No money in the bank."
"Do you have a relative who could help you with the payments?" asked the irritated nun.
He said, "I only have a spinster sister, and she is a nun."
The nun became agitated and announced loudly, "Nuns are not spinsters! Nuns are married to God."
The patient replied, "Perfect. Send the bill to my brother-in-law." |

한 남자가 상점에서 물건을 사던 중 심각한 심장마비에 걸렸다.
그가 마루에 쓰러지는 것을 여러 사람들이 목격하고 있을 때 상점 점원이 911을 불렀다.
의료보조원이 그를 가장 가까운 병원에로 급히 데려가 그는 응급 심장혈관 이식수술을 받았다.
그가 수술에서 깨어 나자 그는 캐톨릭병원에 보내어 져서 수녀들로 부터 간호를 받고 있다는 것을 알게 ㅤㄷㅚㅆ다. 그의 침상옆에는 수녀하나가 앉아 여러장의 서류가 든 회람판 (클립보드)과 펜을 하나 들고 있었다.
그녀는 그가 그의 치료비를 어떻게 지불할 것인가 물었다.
"의료보험 있어요?" 그녀가 물었다.
긁기여 나오는 듯한 목소리로 그는 ,"보험 없이다." 라고 답했다.
수녀는 물었다. "은행에 돈 있어요?"
그는 " 은행에 돈 없지요."
"돈 지불해 줄 수 있는 친척은 있어요?" 짜증난 수녀는 물었다.
그의 답은, "결혼 못한 독신 누이가 하나 있을 뿐인데 수녀랍니다."
수녀는 흥분되어 큰 소리로 선언하였다. "수녀들은 독신자들이 아녀요. 수녀들은 하나님과 결혼 한 사람들이예요."
환자 왈, "좋시다, 그럼, 그 치료비, 내 처남에게 보내시구료."
